Since 1978, Mr. Ehrgood has devoted his law practice to serving the citizens of Lebanon County. He serves as the assistant solicitor for Lebanon City, solicitor for the Register of Wills, the County Treasurer and Prothonotary. Mr. Ehrgood also has extensive experience in the areas of family, civil and criminal law.
Mr. Ehrgood obtained an undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College and a law degree from the Dickinson School of Law. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Courts of the United States and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He also has maintained active memberships in the Lebanon and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as memberships in the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
In the community Mr. Ehrgood belongs to the B.P.O. Elks Lodge #631. He is currently president of the Mount Lebanon Cemetery Association and is a board member of the Lebanon Community Library. He attends Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and serves on its finance and real estate committees.
Attorney Arnold is a native of Lebanon County. He graduated from Penn State University where he received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering. He received his law degree magna cum laude from The University of Toledo where he also served on the Law Review.
Mr. Arnold was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1993 and was admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court.
Giving back to the community is important to Mr. Arnold. He is active in the community and has assumed many leadership roles. He currently is the Secretary/Treasurer of the South Lebanon Township Authority. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Cornwall Lebanon School Board where he served as Vice President, the Board of Directors of the Lancaster Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 where he served as Treasurer, City of Lebanon Zoning Hearing Board, City of Lebanon Building/Housing Board of Appeals, City of Lebanon Shade Tree Commission and Lebanon County Board of Assistance.
Mr. Arnold’s practice area encompasses a number of areas including civil, family, real estate, and estate planning and settlement.
Ian represents the 5th generation of Ehrgoods to practice law in Lebanon County. He grew up in South Lebanon and is a graduate Cedar Crest High School, where he was a member of the Cedar Crest Wrestling team. Ian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA and wrestled there as well. While attending Muhlenberg and during the summer, Ian worked for the Pennsylvania Senate in Senator Patrick M. Browne’s Allentown office.
After graduation Ian attended the Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut, where he was a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society. During Law School he worked for the Connecticut House of Representatives and Hathaway Law Offices, a real estate firm in Woodbridge, Connecticut.
Currently, he is the co-chairman of the Lebanon County Young Lawyers committee. He is a member of the Lebanon B. P. O. Elks Lodge #631 and serves as an Elks volunteer at the VA Medical Center. He also is a member of Mt. Lebanon Lodge #226 F. & A. M. and the Lebanon Valley Young Professionals. He lives in South Lebanon Township.
Ian’s practice areas include criminal defense, contracts, divorce and custody, adoption, wills, corporations, LLC’s, and real estate. He also provides pro bono services to the community through Mid Penn Legal Services and the Wills for Heroes program.
